The staff was absolutely fabulous! We ate at Cafe Americano and our waiter was excellent. Gift shop personnel were very helpful and really seemed to enjoy their job. All around wonderful experience and I would definitely come back.

Location to state farm arena staffing everywhere in the hotel to assist. Food was great along with prices reasonable also waiters and waitress superior.

Nothing the light doesn’t work. There was a strong smell of marijuana that permeated the room. The bed was awful, super hard, the bathtub was slippery and I almost fell, the TV didn't work, and to top it all off, they never cleaned the room.

Quite literally nothing. Very poor stay, treatment from staff and facilities. Broken phone, $20.00/day to park in your hotels parking lot. Insane. Street parked my Lexus on principal rather than give them the $. NO VALET! Self park for $20 mind you.

I left an extensive review for the staff they all were excellent observant of needs the quality of the front desk, driver,housekeeping and dining was an experience I and my granddaughter will hold forever.
