My room was large with a great view.The spa was wonderful. The location is excellent.

Hotels need to bring back room service.

Location, price, convenience of restaurants

Leaky shower faucet and sink faucet hot water knob didn't turn easily

Great hotel, generally clean room and awesome view

Smell in the room. Someone definitely smoked there. Every time I entered the room I wanted to ask for an another one, but then my sense of smell adjusts to it.

Check in time is sooooo late unless you pay a fee ( expensive fee ) on top of the resort fees

Location on The Strip is amazing for seeing everything within a reasonable distance. Clean rooms, facilities and no bad smells.

Was told that housekeeping would come every day or every other day but didn’t receive housekeeping services till the day before our departure. Also did not like how when checking in or even during booking that they do not accept cash and asking for an explanation of charges was like pulling teeth.

The location was convenient to the things we wanted to do. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room we had needs updating. The beds were clean and comfortable but the carpet was filthy. The bathroom was ok but overall updating is needed.

We were on the top floor and rooms are needing updated. Dirty carpet. Low to no water pressure at times. Shower was complicated to get hot water.

Great Location, short distance to anywhere. Bus station is very close. Clean room. Have safe and fridge in the room. Live Flamingo, other birds, and fishes, etc. Very convenient to have an option to check in through Kiosk without waiting a long line.

I still need to pay a huge resort fee even i did not use the pool. That would be nice if i could get some discounts without using the pool.

Close proximity to the Strip. Restaurants and bars within hotel. Outside is the Linq promenade.

Rooms are a little small. Keep getting put in rooms that have roof views and have a long walk from the elevator to the room

Location is convenient. Room is clean. My expectations were not high as the cost was good.

Check-in is set as 3:30 and I was asked to pay extra for early check-in after standing in line for 20 minutes and getting to the desk at 3:10. The fee was waived after another front desk worker told the one serving me that it should be waived. No hot water kettle as I was told that 'it is not an amenity that the hotel serves', and no coffee maker as 'it was for member only'. Wow! The bathroom does not even have a small bottle of lotion. I guess lotion is also not an amenity that the hotel provides.Room is not sound proof. I was woken up every night by the voices in the hall way. The mattress was so soft that my back was sore.
