When I first got there the girl that checked me in was tattoo. She was very professional, courteous, helpful. She helped me out and I tried to leave a tip and stuff but the other lady told me I couldn't do that. I was very disappointed

When I arrived I had to ring a bell to get access to the lobby to check in. I was checking in before 9pm. They gave me a key to my room. My room smelt like cigarettes and that's illegal in California. They told me I booked a smoking room, I did not.

Room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and a sock by the bed when I checked in. There was also domestic violence occurring in the room next door and I feared for my safety. I was barely able to sleep and had to call management and police.

When I first got there the girl that checked me in was tattoo. She was very professional, courteous, helpful. She helped me out and I tried to leave a tip and stuff but the other lady told me I couldn't do that. I was very disappointed

When I arrived I had to ring a bell to get access to the lobby to check in. I was checking in before 9pm. They gave me a key to my room. My room smelt like cigarettes and that's illegal in California. They told me I booked a smoking room, I did not.
