I didn't make this reservation. Apparently they didn't even check for the credit card that was on the account because they accepted it.
When I first got there the girl that checked me in was tattoo. She was very professional, courteous, helpful. She helped me out and I tried to leave a tip and stuff but the other lady told me I couldn't do that. I was very disappointed

People were selling drugs out of room 111 parking in handicap spots illegally and then when I was taking pictures and reporting it to crime stoppers the young man called me on the phone and told me it was against the law to take pictures rude manager

Location was decent (about a 20 minute walk to the center of downtown activities).

1) Did not honor prior booking confirm (made a new one at a higher price). 2) Even w/ new price was paid in full; the office claimed not 2 C such & all hell broke loose in the office for 15 min & I refused to back down & 3) 6 days & room not serviced.
