The location was very good. My family was only a few minutes away and we were close to restaurants. The room was nice and it was quiet.
The fact that for the price of the room, breakfast was not included. I had to pay for breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean. Rooms were very roomy and seemed clean.
I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not working and I don't believe I saw a mention of that on the website.

The front desk workers were extremely sweet and kind. The rooms themselves were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean
Someone attempted to break into the room, the security guards refused to wear any time of uniform (like i had no idea they even worked there), and we had people take photos of us through our window
