- The management. . .
- When I arrived I had to ring a bell to get access to the lobby to check in. I was checking in before 9pm. They gave me a key to my room. My room smelt like cigarettes and that's illegal in California. They told me I booked a smoking room, I did not.
- Easy on and off the freeway
Cons -
- The location was great, but it was dangerous to pull out at various times of the day. Due to blind oncoming traffic. . . .
- I told them that I am allergic to cigarettes and they told me there wasn't another room available. I ask if they could reimbursement me because I couldn't stay in the room. They had charged me when I arrived and gave me my key. They denied me a reimbursem
- water ran all the time in the tub, no coffee in room or elsewhere, not enough wash cloths/hand towels. No clock, hangers, hair dryer, or phone.
