Yes, the staff was never at the front desk. The first night of our stay someone was smoking marijuana in a room. The smell was overwhelming in the hallway. They should have offered to move us to a different floor when we reported it.

Stayed at this hotel after driving for 12 hours. The room had a horrible musty order that stayed on our belongings. We should have asked for a different room, but we were very tired. Ultimately, this room should never have been given out.

The floors were dirty. I wore my socks in room and socks were black. The small refrigerator didn?t work. This was a trip to see my family. I got a double rbed room that would sleep 4. When I checked in with 3 people I was charged more ?THAT IS WRONG

Yes, the staff was never at the front desk. The first night of our stay someone was smoking marijuana in a room. The smell was overwhelming in the hallway. They should have offered to move us to a different floor when we reported it.

It was clean and smelled amazing when you walk in the front door of the lobby! I had my little dog with me, and needed a couple of bowls for his food & water. I was directed to their breakfast room to grab a couple, with no hesitation.
