- I did not like the fact that one of your staff wasn't even trying to resolve my issue with an possibility of early check in. My status says it should be avaliable.

- Staff were rude and gave me wrong information because they weren't thorough. They wasted my time. When I finally was given my room, it was dirty and disgusting having just been "cleaned" by housekeeping. There were clumps of hair, hand prints and crumbs
