- The spider and roach in the room. And throw up on the office door.
- We accidentally left our pillows on the bed, and the new housekeeper threw them out. But the staff was helpful in trying to get them back for us.
- Lousy Communication poor maintenance on door locks I got locked out twice because the battery was low...
