The staff on all 3 shifts from the check-in reception personnel to the cleaning & room maintenance wete more than accommodating! We had our air conditioner break down, so they replaced it &problem solved in a tumely manner. Thanks to a great Hyatt Team.

They were very accommodating to my daughter and I!! They let us check in 5 hours early due to us not having anywhere to go when softball ended so early. So nice and helpful!! I would definitely stay there again.
The staff! Each interaction with the staff was great from the front desk to the housekeepers. The matress was super soft. The room was clean. The kitchenette had all the supplies we needed.

I really liked this hotel in every way until they decided to not let me extend my stay after the first week and didn't tell me anything until I tried to pay. Saying the manager noted the system saying "do not extend her stay, due to too much traffic."
