- I liked that it was consistent with what I had come to expect with Hilton.

- Staff was great and very accommodating!
Cons -
- It was confusing and hard to get to. I figured it out, but i don't guess there is anything that can be done about that!
- I was charged $50 on my card for incidentals without telling me. Now I am told I will have a refund in 7-10 days. I understand giving them my card information but I don't feel like I should be charged for them upfront and then have to wait for a refund.
