The staff is wonderful
The friendly staff. The nice patio.
The folks working there are very pleasant and helpful. Lovely patio bar. Comfortable bed. Lots of amenities in room.

Cons -

Problems with the room this time. Neighbors woke me up being loud. Shower didn't work correctly.
There was a luncheon going on while I was there and it took forever to get food from the grill. Also, they won't let you bring your own wine onto the patio and I don't like their wine selection of chardonnays. I prefer one called Butter from Jam Cellars.
Food is inconsistent. Sometimes bad. Sometimes amazing. Thin walls. Can hear everything in hallway

The staff is very friendly. Clean Rooms. Comfortable bed. A welcome basket in room. Nice patio for happy hour. Reasonable menu prices. Microwave and fridge in room. Good internet.

Salad in restaurant was wilted. Avocados in meals not ripe. Thin hotel walls in rooms -- so noisy.
