All was bad
I really liked this hotel in every way until they decided to not let me extend my stay after the first week and didn't tell me anything until I tried to pay. Saying the manager noted the system saying "do not extend her stay, due to too much traffic."
The kitchenette and full fridget and the beds were super comfy

Cons -

Dirty, bed bugs, rude staff members. Strangle people walking around at night. Very unsafe. Save yourself the headache and danger, do not stay here.
Lack of communication and compassion. My sister was murdered and I had family members coming to see me to check on me and they called it "traffic" and never spoke to me about it just said I can't stay. I was clean, always paid my rent in full on time.
We checked in, our room wasn't cleaned yet and we waited over an hr to get in and we were needing to attend a wedding rehearsal dinner and we didn't make it because once in the room the people before us broke the shower rod so that took 1hr to fix

It was new and modern and fairly easy to access. The room was clean.
