- The week prior, I stayed at this hotel. When I was checking out, the desk attendant helped me with my reservation for this weekend. I wanted adjoining rooms. She assured me this was done. When we checked in, the desk attendant did not honor this request and was not helpful. We did not get adjoining rooms.
- They wanted to charge me again and I had already prepaid using booking.com it was very embarrassing waiting for them to call whoever they were calling to “double check”
