- I checked in late and the night person on duty refused to check me in even though I’d already paid. I had to look for another hotel at 1am.
- Cameras should be all around property not just front office, it should be closed down
- No hot water for showering. That is an absolute failure and should never be an issue. Who does lukewarm water showers?
