- It was horrible the room was dirty and there was paint all over the desk. The bathroom smelled like urine

- See above plus they tried to charge us 200 dollars or something because someone before us in that room had tampered with or covered the smoke detector. No one in our party smokes!!!
- The room had an odor of cigar .The heater was noisy and turned off and on every 2 minutes.Had to pay a $10.00 parking fee that was not on the website.
- Others need to pick up after there pets

My family travels and chooses your hotel at least 4x per year, and never have we had such an awful experience. One of our rooms was INFESTED with bugs. The cleanliness was atrocious, and the water in the showers was freezing cold. I don't know what happened since our last visit or if it was because we were put on the bottom floor but our experience was aful.
