Very polite staff, except the morning person serving the breakfast buffet. She was a little snippy, but everyone else was lovely. The Bartender was a highlight of our visit. He was kind and helpful and made us feel like regulars.

This is a MOTEL. It's not a hotel at all, it's a MOTEL. My room leads directly into the parking lot. Not a hotel, not an Inn, but a Motel. I liked the location and the fruits they had for breakfast. The rooms were very clean but my carpet was very gross.

The location. Its literally 15 mins away from the Levi¿s Stadium and both Malls (Valley Fair and Santana Row). Also I love that the hotel is across from a Korean Supermarket!! Also, lots of food places that are walkable if you don¿t mind walking.

They did not provide water. I could hear skittering sounds in the room (must be rats). The cleaning staff came in the room without knocking while I was in the washroom. Not sure if it could get worse than this.
