- confrontation at desk. #1 had to argue with desk clk to add $30.00 pet deposit to card on file. #2 went across st to denny's card did not reopen rm door desk clerk wanted to charge $5.00 to reprogram key
- The employed staff could be more friendly, 2 access cards instead of 1
