- Staff was very professional and polite. Responded to all requests.
- Staff was the best front desk person of my whole life! She was so nice helpful and hospitable! She?s amazing!

Cons -
- AC/heater units are a bit dated. Probably can use new, less noisy, internal fans
- They did not provide water. I could hear skittering sounds in the room (must be rats). The cleaning staff came in the room without knocking while I was in the washroom. Not sure if it could get worse than this.
- It will be better if there?s free breakfast
