- Customer service agent was helpful an sweet
- This is a MOTEL. It's not a hotel at all, it's a MOTEL. My room leads directly into the parking lot. Not a hotel, not an Inn, but a Motel. I liked the location and the fruits they had for breakfast. The rooms were very clean but my carpet was very gross.
- The location. Its literally 15 mins away from the Levi¿s Stadium and both Malls (Valley Fair and Santana Row). Also I love that the hotel is across from a Korean Supermarket!! Also, lots of food places that are walkable if you don¿t mind walking.

- This is a MOTEL. It's not a hotel at all, it's a MOTEL. My room leads directly into the parking lot. Not a hotel, not an Inn, but a Motel. Do not get a room with carpet! My carpet felt gross. I could hear absolutely everything from my window.
- Bedside tables had coffee rings on them and obviously had not been wiped down recently. I cleaned them myself, with sanitizing wipes I had with me.
