I was there during the coldest winter weather in 3 years. I am thankful that I had adequate heat, a hot shower and believe it or not a warm bed. The office desk person provided me with a warm blanket and flatware for the kitchen.

The hotel had a very musty smell. Even with room freshener it still smelled. It made everything that we took smell. You can't hang up your clothes because the refrigerator and microwave are in the way. And the exhaust in the shower was not working.

Cockroaches in the lobby. Heaters in the pool room needed to be replaced as they didn't work, floor tiles missing, mildew on the walls, pool heater needs maintenance as pool was cold. The bathroom of our room, wall was peeling above shower.

Breakfast had plentiful options for all. Staff was very helpful, both on the phone and in person, pool, spa and sauna 100%! enjoyable
