- the front desk was amazing to work with. Friendly and professional!
- Convenient location, clean, modern design update
- The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious.
Cons -
- Some front desk employees did not seem friendly. Patricia at Hampton Massillon was wonderful and follow up with my check-in!
- Price is a little high.
- The hotel staff at the front desk were rude, and there was hair on the shower wall that was not mine. the lampshades next to the bed were stained. The door was left open and unlocked upon arrival to the room.
