- It's only hotel in town that's clean.
- Location proximity to family event
- Absolutrly unacceptable experience. Horrible, disresptful, rude, and unaccrptable customer service. The pool was the only reason we chose this hotel which was out of order, and the jucuzzi was completely broken. I'd like s refund please.
Cons -
- They double booked my room and last minute it had to find someplace else to stay. Staff was extremely rude and I almost had to get local law enforcement to handle the amount of harrassment I endured at the hands of this hotel, when I was paid in full.
- Absolute lack of customer service from the day I arrived until the day that I left. I am still waiting for a call back from the manager - it has been over 48 hours since I checked out.
- This is not a Hampton Inn. I pulled in very confused. Was not informed of a hotel name change.
