It didn?t meet basic standard. I struggled to open the door from outside each time, I had to always call people to help me, it was just so difficult and requires heavy power to lift and open, opening a door should never have been that hard. No iron too

I went to use the bathroom and a bug came running across the sink and surprised me.

When I checked out, in 20 minutes I forgot a charger for my cellphone and a t-shirt that was a gift from my son. I went again and asked and a lady at the front gave me the charger. That was the same Monday that I checked out.

The staff was super friendly and when we experienced a problem they did their best to fix it right away. Loved that we had space in the room and the jacuzzi tub with the slippers was really nice. I alos loved that we had a care basket it there as well.
