Very close to Niagara
We deliberately chose something that wasn't on top of Niagara Falls because we wanted breathing room. We're country folk. This is right on a main road so everything was close by. we'll do grocery stores for meals rather than restaurants.
Affordable in a pricey area for lodging.

Cons -

Could be more clean
The fridge doesn't work and the bed took up the majority of the space but that was about it for bad stuff. I think this was a king bed, we swam in it. I haven't seen a metal bench chained to the ground since the '90's in Phoenix, AZ.
6 inch mattress on a steel frame did not provide much comfort. Sheets were too deep so many wrinkles. Refrigerator barely worked. No counter space in bath. candy wrappers behind beds and furniture. Internet was spotty. TV worked.

Staff was very helpful. Went out of his way to look up bus schedule for us and help us with things. In town since were from pittsburgh. Room was very clean
