This fully restored historic mansion, in downtown Buffalo, offers personalized butler services and elegantly decorated guest rooms. Shea's Performing Arts Center is a short drive away. The Mansion on Delaware Avenue features rooms with cable TV and free Wi-Fi access. Decorated in soft colors and plush bedding, these rooms also have a work desk. Some have a spa tub. Work out at the on-site fitness center or take advantage of 24-hour room service. Guests can enjoy a cocktail by the fireplace, or play a game of pool in the salon. Breakfast is served every morning at the Delaware Avenue Mansion, and includes baked goods, fruit, and a hot item. The Buffalo Waterfront is 2 miles from the hotel. Delaware Park Golf Course is a 10-minute drive away.

- Proximity to local establishments
- Helpful and friendly staff. Within walking distance of the locations I was visiting.
- The staff was so friendly.
Cons -
- Unruly guest. Screaming at 2am despite multiple complaints to front desk. Didn?t even offer to help rectify upon complaint at checkout!
- The room was a bit small but perfect for a night's sleep, very comfortable!!
- Room did not meet expectations for 4-star hotel, bedding poor, bathroom poor, dated, cleanliness was lacking
