- Shuttle service and fantastic front desk supervisor.
- The staff and free breakfast
- Very close to Canisius University and downtown eating
Cons -
- Many things in room were broken. Showers in both rooms we had didn?t have hot water
- parking is listed as on-site and that's why we chose it- there was no on-site parking. Also listed was a restaurant, which has actually been closed since Covid. The phone in my room did not work. Had a noise complaint which was not handled.
- There was no balance of national news on televisions to watch while eating breakfast, just FOX on more than one television.
