Pros +
- Breakfast had plentiful options for all. Staff was very helpful, both on the phone and in person, pool, spa and sauna 100%! enjoyable
- Location. Staff.
- The front desk and the cleaning staff were amazing!!
Cons -
- Cockroaches in the lobby. Heaters in the pool room needed to be replaced as they didn't work, floor tiles missing, mildew on the walls, pool heater needs maintenance as pool was cold. The bathroom of our room, wall was peeling above shower.
- No negatives
- Fire alarm at 5:25 AM because of a water system break. No water. Restored 'brown' water at 6:30 AM. Unfortunately, issues like these will occur. The lone overnight staff person had to deal with the matter.
