I had a really unpleasant experience. I found several roaches crawling out of the tub faucet?it was absolutely disgusting. On top of that, the bed had what seemed to be pieces of the ceiling on it. However, the front desk team made it better.

The staff is top notch and very cordial and considerate. You can tell that they are working with an inferior product but doing their best to bring it up to par. I did like the bed. It's solid and the mattress is firm. Love the location!
