- 1 front desk staff member, a guy with long black hair who was working when we checked in on Friday, he is great. bartender w/ 2 grand daughters is amazing and the shuttle driver with 10yrs at Hilton and short hair, big smile He's great

Cons -
- Front desk guy working Sunday, older guy who smiles a lot but is horrible at customer service. He could have fixed the breakfast issues and refused. Horrible
- Out of date rooms, uncomfortable beds, and hotel employee knock and enter your rooms to install the door knocks with chemical stuff while you were still there.
- Initially I was charged $20 for parking, even though my reservation stated free parking. At checkout I showed this to the manager who reversed the charge. So, everything was fine.
