Pros +
- There is no hot water or water pressure
- Quite, near to a grocery
- It was the best compromise we found with regard to price (for a five night stay) and proximity to Metro and Washington, D.C. where we had planned to do the tourist thing. I wanted free parking, an indoor pool, and free breakfast. (Warning: bfast not free)
Cons -
- I stayed here to be able to clean my clothes and take a shower..The water was shut off. I cannot clean my clothes or take a shower...this has put me in a horrible situation..
- Look elsewhere. Wrong room key, charged twice, broken toilet. The GM, was kind enough to add points to my Bonvoy account but really can't excuse this for a Marriott. And that extra $150- still held up on my card. Not good when traveling, to say the least.
- Over 5-night stay, we never got housekeeping (even though we asked at the front desk). First room: a/c broken. Second night, fire alarms went off. Toiletries terrible, and we had to buy soap/shampoo. Pillows/bedding: uncomfortable. Weird round couch.
