The staff at this hotel are really lovely. Lili at the front desk was amazing! But everyone I interacted with was friendly and attentive. It really stood out to me. Also, if you are visiting the neighborhood for tourist spots, this location is very good.

Excellent room, comfortable clean and good location.
The full kitchen, including refrigerator, oven, stove top, and microwave, was great. A TV in the living room and one in the bedroom. The room was very clean. Management was very helpful. Nice pool. No roaches!

Location, location, locationJust beautiful looking out onto the sea, what a view with sunbeds right outside to use free. This is our 3rd stay and we will be back. Very welcoming reception. Room very big and clean. Several places to eat nearby.
Location is excellent
this motel is right in the middle of all the action. It’s a one minute walk from the free concert clamshell stage and steps away from wonderful restaurants. It is also a few steps away from the beach and the ocean. No schlepping your beach chairs across a large property. The walls must have excellent sound barrier because there was nothing waking us up during the night or early morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Just know you have to pay for parking. $20 a night. But it is right up to the building so you can literally park feet away from the back door of your unit. The rooms are very spacious. Probably the biggest hotel rooms on the boardwalk The patio on the front of the motel facing the boardwalk and the water has picnic tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs. All for your use. We met our neighbors out there and stayed up late people watching. We have stayed in many places in Hollywood from the Marriott to condos to cheap motels. The Diane is our favorite..

Great location
The property was clean and the room was exceptionally clean. Staff was so nice. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Los Angeles. The breakfast was light but good. Someone was there to offer coffee and waffles which were perfect. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

The hotel location was amazing.The staff were very helpful and friendly.Patricia in the breakfast dining area is a gem, nothing is too much trouble for her. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. Comfy beds and happy with room size. Breakfast was a great start to the day. Only a quick 2 minute walk to Ovation mall and walk of fame.
This hotel is in such a perfect spot. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions and Hollywood Bowl. If you want to take a shuttle to the Hollywood Bowl, it's right next to the hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful, they held on to our luggage because we arrived early. Patricia makes breakfast the best part of the day. She is so sweet and gives great tips on what to do around town. Hotel feels vintage which is fun when you want that "Old Hollywood" feeling. Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay. Beds were super comfortable and rooms had everything we needed.

Great location
The beach was gorgeous and well maintained, but some of the beach chairs were outdated and not comfortable. They also charged for having a side table. Did not try the pools. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were soft and very comfortable. We had a great view from the balcony, and having an umbrella there to have some shade would have been nice. The bathroom could have been better. One of the sinks had a leaky faucet and switching between the rain shower and hand held only partially worked. There was no minifridge in the room, just a "cooler" which did its job keeping drinks cool.

The first time I stayed at Hollywood Beach Suited and Hotel, I thought the room was super lovely. It was charming and completely redone with vinyl wood flooring. The second time I stayed there, the room was acceptable, a little darker than the first one with terrazzo flooring. The third time I stayed there, the room was cramped with older furniture. It all depends on which room you are assigned. I believe I reserved a standard queen room each time and the non-season rate is very reasonable. All were steps away from the beach and had a microwave and refrigerator. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The location is the absolute best. 1 minute walk to the lovely beach walk. Beautiful hotel. Nice staff. A cute reception cat to pet. Beach chairs and towels to loan. We asked for a coffee machine which they kindly gave to us. We stayed 3 nights and highly recommend 5 o’clock somewhere 500 meters away for beautiful location, great drinks and food. And also the water taxi stop in Hollywood
We stayed 2 nights prior to our cruise out of Port Everglades. There is no shuttle, but you can easily arrange taxi or Uber for about $35, airport or cruise port. There was a water problem in our room on arrival, so they moved us to a better upgraded room at no charge. This a very friendly, "old school Florida" low-rise "boutique" style hotel with all modern upgrades only 2 short blocks from the Hollywood broad walk and beach where everything happens -yet far enough away to be totally quiet at night. Fast & friendly check-in and out. We were a couple hours early yet accommodated without extra charge. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Free beach towels, chairs, toys etc. Cozy intimate outdoor seating areas for conversations and reading. FREE HUGE MARGARITA daily at happy hour (Henry made them awesome) at the adjacent Mexican restaurant which also has a great low-cost menu at 20% discount when you stay here. The nachos with choice of protein and the grilled mahi-mahi salad were generous and unbelievably delicious! Perhaps a 1/4 mile walk down the broad-walk you will find the Hollywood pavilion which hosts nightly bands for great free entertainment. In summary you could spend a ton more $ to be right on the broad walk/beach but why? This place is the best 3-star value you will find at Hollywood beach. Unless you are a 4-5 star hotel snob, you will be very happy here!

Great location close to attractions like Hollywood Blvd, with plenty of food places around. The breakfast was nice and simple, and having a microwave and fridge was a big plus. Free parking is available, though spots can fill up if you arrive late. Overall, a very good option for two people staying for two nights.
location was good but neighbourhood was very dubious, lots of homeless. Very messy sidewalk and felt unsafe. Despite this it was an easy 15 min walk to Hollywood Boulevard where there was shops and metro. It was nice to have breakfast, which was acceptabe, but lack of tables and chairs, only three in the eating area. The swimming pool looked nice, but i didn't use it as it was too cold and raining. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did find the bed comfortable
It was very clean. It was in a great location. You can walk to all the major Hollywood tourist stuff like walk of fame, Hollywood Bowl. Theaters. It’s all right there. Free parking. The staff are excellent. The front desk was very welcoming. There’s plenty of opportunities for late night dining in the area (Bossa Nova, open til 4 am is liter across the Street) plus it’s right across the street from a big supermarket, Ralph’s. The breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, bacon, bread for toast, Inc brown bread, and bagels, cream cheese, waffles, fruit, yogurt. Choice of cereals. Coffee. Juices. Even fresh milk for your coffee! There was plenty and everything was replenished regularly. I will definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect and the hotel is very welcoming
It was our honeymoon, so we were upgraded to a room with incredible views over LA – truly unforgettable. The breakfast was superb. Overall, it was the best hotel we stayed in during our USA trip through San Francisco, San Diego and Los Angeles – and with its excellent location, we’d 100% recommend and return.

The staff is always courteous and professional. They are friendly and helpful as well. I love staying here prior to my cruise for location and the hospitality. They have a shuttle to the cruise ship, which is an added feature. My room is always clean. And everyone is extremely friendly.

The hotel itself is good. Friendly staff at reception, especially the man who speaks Spanish. He was so welcoming and helpful all the time. Location is good to get around, both by the subway system and buses. There are plenty of eateries across the street because its a part of Little Thailand neighborhood, the hotel is also convenient for shopping at Ross & Marshals they are just next to the hotel. Target is 10 minute walk. The Walk of Fame is located at the same street as the Hotel, but better to ride 2 stops by subway.

Great location
The beach was gorgeous and well maintained, but some of the beach chairs were outdated and not comfortable. They also charged for having a side table. Did not try the pools. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were soft and very comfortable. We had a great view from the balcony, and having an umbrella there to have some shade would have been nice. The bathroom could have been better. One of the sinks had a leaky faucet and switching between the rain shower and hand held only partially worked. There was no minifridge in the room, just a "cooler" which did its job keeping drinks cool.

It is a small apartment very cozy, very clean and a couple of minutes walking to the beach! We really loved it and we will come back. They were very responsive and helpful. You have to do the check in yourself. Parking is $20 very affordable. It is called Villa Sinclair on the GPS in case you can't find it.
Excellent location, close to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Great beach for children. The place is very clean and smells nice. Very attentive and polite staff.

this motel is right in the middle of all the action. It’s a one minute walk from the free concert clamshell stage and steps away from wonderful restaurants. It is also a few steps away from the beach and the ocean. No schlepping your beach chairs across a large property. The walls must have excellent sound barrier because there was nothing waking us up during the night or early morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Just know you have to pay for parking. $20 a night. But it is right up to the building so you can literally park feet away from the back door of your unit. The rooms are very spacious. Probably the biggest hotel rooms on the boardwalk The patio on the front of the motel facing the boardwalk and the water has picnic tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs. All for your use. We met our neighbors out there and stayed up late people watching. We have stayed in many places in Hollywood from the Marriott to condos to cheap motels. The Diane is our favorite..

Great location
The beach was gorgeous and well maintained, but some of the beach chairs were outdated and not comfortable. They also charged for having a side table. Did not try the pools. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were soft and very comfortable. We had a great view from the balcony, and having an umbrella there to have some shade would have been nice. The bathroom could have been better. One of the sinks had a leaky faucet and switching between the rain shower and hand held only partially worked. There was no minifridge in the room, just a "cooler" which did its job keeping drinks cool.

This hotel is in such a perfect spot. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions and Hollywood Bowl. If you want to take a shuttle to the Hollywood Bowl, it's right next to the hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful, they held on to our luggage because we arrived early. Patricia makes breakfast the best part of the day. She is so sweet and gives great tips on what to do around town. Hotel feels vintage which is fun when you want that "Old Hollywood" feeling. Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay. Beds were super comfortable and rooms had everything we needed.

It is a small apartment very cozy, very clean and a couple of minutes walking to the beach! We really loved it and we will come back. They were very responsive and helpful. You have to do the check in yourself. Parking is $20 very affordable. It is called Villa Sinclair on the GPS in case you can't find it.
Excellent location, close to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Great beach for children. The place is very clean and smells nice. Very attentive and polite staff.

Location, location, locationJust beautiful looking out onto the sea, what a view with sunbeds right outside to use free. This is our 3rd stay and we will be back. Very welcoming reception. Room very big and clean. Several places to eat nearby.
Location is excellent
this motel is right in the middle of all the action. It’s a one minute walk from the free concert clamshell stage and steps away from wonderful restaurants. It is also a few steps away from the beach and the ocean. No schlepping your beach chairs across a large property. The walls must have excellent sound barrier because there was nothing waking us up during the night or early morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Just know you have to pay for parking. $20 a night. But it is right up to the building so you can literally park feet away from the back door of your unit. The rooms are very spacious. Probably the biggest hotel rooms on the boardwalk The patio on the front of the motel facing the boardwalk and the water has picnic tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs. All for your use. We met our neighbors out there and stayed up late people watching. We have stayed in many places in Hollywood from the Marriott to condos to cheap motels. The Diane is our favorite..

The staff at this hotel are really lovely. Lili at the front desk was amazing! But everyone I interacted with was friendly and attentive. It really stood out to me. Also, if you are visiting the neighborhood for tourist spots, this location is very good.

Location, location, locationJust beautiful looking out onto the sea, what a view with sunbeds right outside to use free. This is our 3rd stay and we will be back. Very welcoming reception. Room very big and clean. Several places to eat nearby.
Location is excellent
this motel is right in the middle of all the action. It’s a one minute walk from the free concert clamshell stage and steps away from wonderful restaurants. It is also a few steps away from the beach and the ocean. No schlepping your beach chairs across a large property. The walls must have excellent sound barrier because there was nothing waking us up during the night or early morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Just know you have to pay for parking. $20 a night. But it is right up to the building so you can literally park feet away from the back door of your unit. The rooms are very spacious. Probably the biggest hotel rooms on the boardwalk The patio on the front of the motel facing the boardwalk and the water has picnic tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs. All for your use. We met our neighbors out there and stayed up late people watching. We have stayed in many places in Hollywood from the Marriott to condos to cheap motels. The Diane is our favorite..

The location was great, room was just like small apartment, have everything you need for your stay, definitely one of my favorite place.
Spacious, comfortable clean apartment rooms. Great value for money in a good location with friendly helpful staff.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast had great options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. Location was convenient, parking was easy, and check-in/check-out were smooth.
