Great location, very nice kitchen, little to no waiting for elevators.
Had to move to another apartment the night before checkout. The move required me to carry all our luggage to the new apartment. I Repeatedly requested a luggage cart over the coarse of 3 hours before deciding to move it all myself by physically carrying everything to the next apartment.

Great location, the staff were super helpful and friendly, older security guard was awesome and helpful, and room was clean.
Our view was mostly parking ramp but we were able to spot the edge of the inneroastal.

The place is great. Beautiful pool, close to the beach, the place is great except the service that I was given this time
The fact that I reserved a room with a complete kitchen and when I got there, I was given a smaller room with no kitchen. I paid 503.00 for 2 days. At 2 am in the morning the lights went out and had to moved to another room. We didn’t finish moving out till3:00 am. I was given a smaller room than previously. I had a bad experience. Not sure if I will rent there again.

Perfect location, rooms are comfy and spacious.
The people in the lobby trying to sell the time shares are obnoxious. The staff from the Hotel is absolutely great!

Great location
Murphy bed uncomfortable !Towels are used to reserve chairs at pool by 8am even though people leave, so their spot saved leaving no extra chairs for others even though rules are posted not to do this. Facility does not enforce its own rules!Doors start slamming on our floor by 8am by staff members/house keeping etc.

Difficult to understand staff. Not enough outdoor seating Had to buy coffee after first night and coffee in lobby.
