The staff is always courteous and professional. They are friendly and helpful as well. I love staying here prior to my cruise for location and the hospitality. They have a shuttle to the cruise ship, which is an added feature. My room is always clean. And everyone is extremely friendly.

Clean room and facilities. Friendly staff. Breakfast provided. Even picked us up at the airport for free. Able to schedule ride to HAL ship for $15.00 ea.

Easy access to the airport and local eateries. Denny's is across the street. Large room and a firm bed.
Check-in area has cold coffee.

For me personally, aside from lacking ham or bacon, the breakfast was very good. Ample choice of cereals and coffee choices. Vending machines in the lobby offer a great array of drinks as well as hot and cold snacks. There's also free coffee available in the lobby as well as the rooms. Rooms are large, the bathroom has great hot/cold water pressure and beds are super comfortable. I do like the onsite free parking, that was a bonus!Checking in was a breeze.
Unfortunately and it's nobody's fault the fire alarm shorted just after midnight and could only be deactivated by the fire department who arrived some 20 minutes after the alarm started.After that, I was wide awake and could sleep again until 5am.But to repeat, this was nobody's fault and the hotel overall is excellent and good value.

The price was great for the location and the hotel amenities were good. The breakfast was not bad for the price.
Found a few bugs on the room.

The room was clean. Beds were comfy and over all staff was pleasant and helpful.
The breakfast could have more variety in the items offered.
