Location was great.

The location is great, really near the beach, the hotel and all the others around are own by the same company so when you checkin there is a chance you end up in any of them, but they all look good for the price. it has private pool, room has kitchen, fridge and a kitchen sink.
breakfast option is good but only for 1 hour, and they are very strict with that time, so be there on the time they tell you, also place is really old, parking is extra, around $19 per day

The location was perfect. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, which were the main attractions for us.
Parking was difficult to find and there was a $20 parking fee not mentioned in the listing. We found dirty socks on the dining chair and little couch was vinyl and uncomfortable.

very good location to beach and boardwalk. easy access to other shopping areas.
hot water tap on sink leaking when turned on at the supply valve on bathroom sink. it was turned off when we arrived so someone knows about it!could use a couple of chairs to sit in.

Great location, great, friendly staff! 3 minute walk to the Broadwalk.
I wasn't a fan of the paid parking. Also was not a fan of the broken appliances in the courtyard. Lack of toiletries made it difficult, and we wound up buying more.
