- Front desk staff where very helpful and handled themselves very professionally while in
- The front staff is very friendly and helpful. The entrance area is well-kept.
Cons -
- Side door did not unlock with key. Told front desk twice. They didn?t seem to care at all said it sometimes doesn?t work ???
- One of the things we were looking for was a shuttle service to and from the airport. It was advertised as a service however the service was not available when we were leaving and needed it. I feel like we should be reimbursed for our $20 Uber charge.
- The bed was on the floor. The walls are paper thin could hear the snoring from the next room like they were in room with us. The room doors all shut very loudly, so slamming doors all night. Very loud hotel. Pool and hot tub need maintenance.
