Caribbean Resort by the Ocean

In walking distance to beach. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Paid reserved parking

The stove was difficult to light and use. The pits and pans were limiting to cook. Not any room to layout suitcases.

The location was perfect! the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops were right outside our door. the staff was very friendly and professional, the rooms were very accommodating with a full mini kitchen, toiletries, and comfy beds. My cousins were very pleased with their room for two was like a minimum two bedroom apartment. It had two separate rooms and bathrooms so they each had their own space. The tiki bar was a cool place to hang out and they had a good band that performed as well. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was far from the cruise port and airport.

The location was fabulous for our purposes.

The room seemed damp along with the sheets. Parking was tight. The morning of our departure, we were parked in.

Good location, very close to beach and restaraunts. Adequate but expensive parking.

Traveled to Hollywood to escape Hurricane Milton. Not knowing how long I would be gone, I booked room for 4 nights. Paid in advance. I found out my power was restored after 3 days and that there were a couple issues I needed to address at home. I asked to cancel my 4th night and get a refund so I could go home. Staff said they would not give a refund, only a hotel credit which was unacceptable. Under the hurricane circumstances, hotel should have allowed a refund! Also, TV service in the room was not good with only a few channels.

You have to pay for parking and anyways is not guaranteed to get a space.Can’t use the pool.

Location is perfect for the area, lots of restaurants and bars, having parking on the premises was a big plus

only one comment would be the shower was difficult to get in and out of.They need to rethink the use of the glass doors.

The location is amazing. Wonderful Hollywood Beach vibes. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Definitely a good value. Within steps of the ocean.

They need to fix the AC. It works and blows out some air but not enough to cool the room. This weekend might have been the hottest of the summer but it was hot in the room.

The property was nice and location was great. The rooms were clean. housekeeping staff were friendly. Access to the beach was amazing. surrounding areas were great as well.

The front office staff was very rude and not helpful at all. The fridge was not working for the first day and wasn't fixed until the 2nd day at like 3pm which made it difficult to keep food from spoiling. The AC unit also went down on the second morning of our stay. That also did not get fixed until around 3pm.
