This is a great property. The Front Desk staff are very professional. All the staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was very good. The pool area is very nicely landscaped. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. If you have a car rental to return there is a gas station right next store. Less than 15 minutes from the airport. We will definitely stay here again if in the area

the location was pretty good.
the front desk clerk was super rude, had to talk to manager to get problem resolved, she was just not a person that belongs helping people.

The facilities in the hotel were great for a stop over. The rooms were basic but clean. The pool was heated and the hot tub was great.
Only included breakfast for 2 when booked as a family of 4.

Room was very big, bed was super comfortable
No safe in room. Bathroom is very outdated. Room is huge but practically empty. The free shuttle from the airport is a waste of time. You can only order it once you arrive at the airport and then you have to wait 45 minutes to be picked up.

Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. Free shuttle to Fort Lauderdale airport leaves every hour starting at 7 am. Free coffee available in the lobby for those leaving before breakfast. Comfortable beds and linens. Nice pool area.
Challenging to get there from Miami airport using public transit. Plan on $100 for a cab ride, probably cheaper with Uber. Hotel located near busy roadways, but good sound proofing in rooms. Neighbourhood not inviting to walk around
