Grenier's Hollywood Beach Hotel

The location was excellent. Just a block away from Hollywood Beach, The room was clean but old with a few updates. The bathroom had some paint peeling in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was nice but not much variety to choose from.

Our room was behind the rest of the rooms down an alley which was a little sketchy looking. It had a table and chair next to entryway which I would never consider using. It looked runned down, dirty and very outdated.

The location and value was good but they didn’t give me the hotel I booked. instead they put me in a different hotel.

It took 2 1/2 hours to check-in. Considering this was our honeymoon it really sucked because we wasted a lot of time. The line was ridiculously long. at least at check-out the line wasn’t bad but they should have an option to leave the hotel key in the room and check out over the phone, but they don’t offer that. I booked a hotel with a pool and they didn’t give me a queen room that I booked. Instead we were given a studio at a different hotel with no pool with was a bumper.

The location was great.

Hollywood Beach Hotels group manages several hotels in the area, too many for their staff to manage. All interactions had to take place at their central office, so the wait for anything, even a towel, was very long, as well as a walk from the individual properties. Rooms were mediocre.

The location is good. Though the place I reserved was different from where I stayed. The owner has 5 hotels so don’t be surprised if your reserved space is different than your actually room.

The price. The manager gave me a price one night. But because I came back the next morning to pay, it was upped by 200.00. I was told that the price changed bc more ppl were contacting them. I contacted the office 4 times to get clean towels but did not receive. Wifi week. No glasses or plastic cups in rooms. Not enough attention to detail to make me feel like I’d want to come back.

The location is great and the stuff were nice

They only clean once every 3 days and the pools are not warm as they promise

I wasn't too impressed with the "kitchen" area. I found out after the fact, that I had to request a kitchen basket with utensils, etc. when I booked, I was under the impression that type of thing would be in the room.

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and to the boardwalk.

The bathrooms smelled and believe it was from the pipes.
