- The employees make the experience and the hotel, the front dwsk guy ruined that experience.
- I stayed here several times before and it was good experience.
- this place was really nice. spotless grounds and professional staff.
Cons -
- The hotel now charges for parking. The room itself is already expensive and now we have to pay for parking?! Also, the staff we not friendly. There was hair in our shower and our sheets. Also, we asked for toilet paper for our room and never received it
- The attitude of the front desk employee.
- The clerk a bald short guy with a red bear, first he could not find my reservation, then he refused to give a digital keys, othe times i had never had amy problem getting a digital key, wjen i got to room the room had abad smell like a motel6 smell.
