There were dead dry bugs on counters and gnats all over. The room had a bad smell to it and the floors left my socks dirty and brown on the bottom. A lot of marks on the walks and random bugs coming from who knows where. Staff was very nice though.

The restaurant at this hotel is understaffed. I used my Mastercard debit card for both meals. I was told on 4/20/25 that they could not accept my Mastercard although I also used it on 4/18/25. There was an equipment problem.

There were dead dry bugs on counters and gnats all over. The room had a bad smell to it and the floors left my socks dirty and brown on the bottom. A lot of marks on the walks and random bugs coming from who knows where. Staff was very nice though.

The restaurant at this hotel is understaffed. I used my Mastercard debit card for both meals. I was told on 4/20/25 that they could not accept my Mastercard although I also used it on 4/18/25. There was an equipment problem.

The service is absolutely incredible Staff are absolutely the heart of this hotel They go above and beyond to ensure my stay was the great experience I get every time I stay there. The beds and linens comfort and cleanliness.

The sound proof in the room is terrible. We couldn't sleep for the whole night. The walking noise from upstairs, and the talking next door and from the hall way is so loud. I have never stayed at a hotel that is so noisy.
