Every room has an ocean view balcony, well-equipped and clean and quiet room, elevator that works well, two on-site parking options, 24 hour staffing of front desk, heated pool.
Everything!! The staff were very accommodating, we were able to check in early and they were so nice. The room was exceptionally clean and was perfect for our stay. The ocean view was spectacular, and we really enjoyed the balcony.
Loved the location. Loved that we could walk everywhere.

Cons -

Staff were polite but not accommodating; asked for late departure after late arrival, and was denied, which is fine. But afterwards overheard same staff talking to new arrivals, promising early check-in. Not first come first served!
Nothing, all was exceptional, absolutely no complaints!!!
There were no ice machines. No in house restaurant. The elevator kept breaking down. Staff was not very friendly.

Everything!! The staff were very accommodating, we were able to check in early and they were so nice. The room was exceptionally clean and was perfect for our stay. The ocean view was spectacular, and we really enjoyed the balcony.

Nothing very bad experience

There was so many spiders and wasp/ mosquitoes . In front of elevator there was no enough space there was no swimming pool open . Unnecessary rent these rooms . Microwave was broken we complained on costumer desk no action taken by them . Very poor exp.
