This year July 2023 was a big improvement over last year July 2022. The staff was much friendlier, and were much more competent. I had to switch rooms because there was a problem with the lock. The staff was great and I was switched quickly.

The front desk is a true GEM! He went out of his way to help me with a booking issue, that was my mistake, and did it all with a big smile and positive attitude. My daughter and I were in Valley City for a funeral and he reduced our stress level.

This year July 2023 was a big improvement over last year July 2022. The staff was much friendlier, and were much more competent. I had to switch rooms because there was a problem with the lock. The staff was great and I was switched quickly.

Good location with a great price. Great value for the money. It is clearly not a resort hotel, but you're not paying for that. If you need an overnight stay on a trip or have some work nearby this is a good choice.

The front desk is a true GEM! He went out of his way to help me with a booking issue, that was my mistake, and did it all with a big smile and positive attitude. My daughter and I were in Valley City for a funeral and he reduced our stress level.

Staff was very nice. Lobby was very cute and welcoming. Having a restaurant connected to the hotel was a big plus.
