Pros +
- Location, convenient to interstate. The room was clean.
- Nothing it?s a terrible place to stay. No lift up the floors, staffs are not so friendly.
- The bed was very comfortable.
Cons -
- The staff was unresponsive. We had to use the desk phone to call someone up front to register, and to order coffee be perked for breakfast. Everything at breakfast was cold with no way to warm it and the coffee pot was empty.
- Everything! Stale food to eat. Staff yelling and customer for demanding for eggs to be put out for breakfast. No elevator to go to second floor. I had to be dragging bags up the stairs. gym equipments are so weak making all kind of noice.
- The sink did not drain. There was a horrible ring in the bathtub. 2 dirty washcloths were on top of the shower curtain when we arrived. Bottom sheet did not stay in place on the bed.
