Upon arrival at 7:45 pm apart from the desk area the entry was dark and kind of eerie. Guy at desk said that he needed my debit card for incidentals. Why? No TV remote in room. Desk guy says come get it if I wanted it. That?s crap

The rooms that have two queen beds are located on the front of the hotel which borders a very busy street and we had to turn on white noise machine on high to deaden the street sounds.

The size of the shower/bathroom were nice, updated decor, quick trip to downtown Asheville, comfy desk chair and work station space. Glad that Asheville had a curfew from 11p-6a due to hurricane Helene edfects to cut down on street noise out front.
