- The lovely young staff member at the front desk. I wish I?d gotten their name but they were fantastic. They used A cane &!helped fixed all my reserv. issues. Did their best to get the owner/manager?! To understand the issue I was having. Was Gr8 at job

- Upon arrival at 7:45 pm apart from the desk area the entry was dark and kind of eerie. Guy at desk said that he needed my debit card for incidentals. Why? No TV remote in room. Desk guy says come get it if I wanted it. That?s crap
- How my reservation issue was handled by management. I can understand the confusion but to immediately threaten the cops was rude, inconsiderate, aggressive and unprofessional. Especially after I?d spent the amount of $ I had in their establishment
