- I was surprised by the nice staff they really cared that you had a good stay with them. Any problem I had was quickly resolved by the staff. And pets stay for free I just loved this feature!

- The deadbolt couldn?t be locked
- Toilet broken in my room. Room was not very clean upon checkin
- My neighbors were about 6 men and they were loud at night and I had to be up early in the morning but like I said the front desk resolved the issue in a timely manner wich I very much appreciated.
