Beautiful view of downtown Asheville, right on the bus line, lots of restaurants nearby. Covered parking. Very close to Mission hospital.

Old and creepy, smelly, fluorescent lights
Close to a fire station? We heard several firetrucks go by with sirens. General background city noise. We had a white nose machine that masked it pretty well.
overall was run down. the lobby area was super depressing. parking was crammed.
