Toilet flush handle was broken. Had to manually pull the stopper to flush the toilet. My TV remote would not turn on or off the TV. Motel Staff were not able to assist. I was able to turn it on and off manually. The remote did change channels.

Reason for low score is that we have pet allergies. Started sneezing and runny nose with in 5 minutes. Room was very clean but pet dander was an issue.

Accept pets and Tesla Superchargers on site. These are both important considerations for us. BUT, this hotel also delivers on quality, cleanliness, and great breakfast. It is our favorite stop twice a year on our way back and forth cross country.

Toilet flush handle was broken. Had to manually pull the stopper to flush the toilet. My TV remote would not turn on or off the TV. Motel Staff were not able to assist. I was able to turn it on and off manually. The remote did change channels.

This room was supposed to be handi cap accessible it was awful. We couldn?t get my husbands wheel chair past 2ft in the room. We had to park his wheelchair behind the door if there was a fire or any emergency we wouldn?t have been able to get out .
