The cleanliness, the willingness of staff to accommodate, the room size and bathroom area .
Clean quiet secure door and quiet door latch very comfy bed and pillows.
Outside doors to rooms

Cons -

They didn?t have the king bed that I bought but the double queen they offered was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Towels were worn, breakfast provided no health foods. No oatmeal or gluten free options. Boiled eggs would be nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It appeared to be one of those motels where all rooms are on a single floor and open to the outside and those are often gross and old. This place was cute, clean, and charming.
